This competition is bound by the general Nothing Contest Terms & Conditions (nothing.tech/pages/nothing-contest-terms-conditions), which terms are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, the general Nothing Contest Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Organizer: This competition is run by Nothing Technology Limited (“Nothing”) of Bedford House, 21A John Street, London, WC1N 2BF, United Kingdom.
Eligibility: Entrants (as defined below) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation. Open to citizens residing in the United Kingdom. The Organizer’s staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
Entry Period: The entry period begins at 11:00am on 12 July 2025 and will conclude at 6:00pm on 12 July 2025 (BST) or if earlier, when all scratch cards have been distributed. Claims made after this time and date will not be valid.
How to Enter: Customers who join the queue outside the Organizer’s retail store at 4 Peter Street, Soho, London, W1F 0AD (the “Soho Store”) from 11:00am on 12 July 2025 (or any time throughout the day until 5:59pm (BST)) (the “Entry Period”) may receive one (1) scratch card each for a chance to win the Prize (while scratch card supplies last) (“Entrants”). This competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Entrants may be eligible to receive an additional scratch card if they publish a post onto their social media account (i.e. Instagram, TikTok or X) of themselves at the Soho Store in relation to the launch of the Phone (3) product and tag one of the Organizer’s official social media accounts (@nothing) (the “Post”), subject to approval of the content of the Post by a member of the Organizer’s team. Entrants must show the Post to a member of the Organizer’s team during the Entry Period whilst at the Soho Store in London, UK. The Organizer reserves the right to distribute the scratch cards as it sees fit, in its sole discretion.
Prize: Three Entrants will win the main prize and will be entitled to receive one (1) of each new Nothing-branded product that is released in the United Kingdom between 12 July 2025 and 12 July 2028 (the “Redemption Period”) (this includes any new products released in the month of July 2025) (the “Main Prize”), while stocks last. For the avoidance of doubt, each new Nothing-branded product may only be redeemed once, in one colour and one specification (i.e. Product Winners may not redeem the same product in two different colours or storage sizes, they may only receive one unit per product release) and it must be collected within 3 months from the date of first release of each respective product. Product Winners may contact the Soho Store to reserve a product. Product reservations shall be at the sole discretion of the manager of the Soho Store. Nothing-branded products which are special edition or limited edition and CMF-branded products are excluded from this competition and cannot be redeemed. Up to 800 Entrants may win the runner up prizes which will be an item of Nothing-branded merchandise (either a pin badge, stickers, a tote bag or a cap) which corresponds with their scratch card (the “Merch Prize”), while stocks last. The Main Prize and the Merch Prize are together referred to as the “Prize(s)”. Prizes must be redeemed in person, at the Soho Store. Prizes are not transferable to any other person other than the named Winners (as defined below). Prizes are not redeemable for cash or any monetary value. Prizes can not be swapped. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
Winner Selection: There will be three (3) scratch cards which are entitled to win the Main Prize. Up to three (3) Entrants who possess the winning scratch cards will be the Main Prize winners (the “Product Winner(s)”). There will be up to 800 Merch Prize winning scratch cards (the “Merch Prize Winner(s)”). The Product Winners and the Merch Prize Winners are together referred to as the “Winner(s)”. Cards that are damaged or altered are void.
Winner Notification: Winners must give their winning scratch card to a member of the Organizer’s team to redeem their Prize. To redeem the Main Prize, Product Winners will need to provide their contact details (e.g. full name, address, contact number and email address) for further processing. The Product Winners will receive an email confirmation with details of the Main Prize and the redemption process (redemption of the Main Prize will require that the Product Winner possesses and presents a valid ID). Merch Prize Winners will receive their Merch Prize in-store during the Claim Period (as defined below). The scratch cards are redeemable between 11:00am on 12 July 2025 and 5:59pm 12 July 2025 (the “Claim Period”).
Claiming the Prize: Winners must present their winning scratch cards to a member of the Organizer’s team between 11:00am and 5:59pm on 12 July 2025 to claim their Prize. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any Prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
Restrictions: Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or any monetary equivalent, and Winners are not able to claim product warranty or customer support on won Prizes.
Nothing’s Rights: Nothing reserves the right to modify the competition, its terms and conditions, and entry requirements at any time.
