- Up to 18 hours of audio playback: measured with the speaker fully charged, Balance EQ and Ultra Bass turned on, volume at 50%, AAC format, and all other features at default settings. Fast Charge: when the speaker battery is depleted, a 10-minute charge under the same settings can provide up to 1 hour of music playback. Results are based on testing conducted by Nothing under controlled laboratory conditions at 25°C (77°F). Use a USB-C charging cable and a compatible power adapter. A 5V⎓3A or higher adapter is required to enable fast charging; otherwise, the speaker will charge at normal speed. Actual battery life and charging performance vary depending on volume, audio content and frequency, source device, wireless conditions, enabled features, usage habits, battery age, environmental conditions and other factors. Stated battery and charging figures are reference values from laboratory testing and are not guaranteed in actual use.
- In Nothing laboratory testing, latency was measured as low as 230 ms with AAC or 180 ms with SBC when Low Latency Mode was enabled. In environments with significant wireless interference, Low Latency Mode may affect overall audio stability and performance. When Low Latency Mode was disabled, measured latency was approximately 350 ms with AAC and 290 ms with SBC. Actual latency varies depending on the source device, codec, content, wireless environment, software version and other factors.
- Before use, power on the speaker to initiate pairing or reconnection. Google Fast Pair requires a compatible Android device running Google Play services 11.7 or later and Android 6.0 or later. Device renaming requires Android 10 or later. Feature availability and compatibility may vary by device, software version, region and Google service availability.
- Custom controls need to be turned on with a phone. For devices that are Nothing OS 1.5.6 and above, these functions can be set up in the phone settings by entering the Bluetooth interface. For other devices Android 8.0 and above, or iOS devices 13 and above, you can download and install the Nothing X app to set these up. CMF Speaker M allows customisable controls.
- Default settings are defined by Nothing. For compatible non-Nothing smartphones, additional settings and customisation options may be available through the Nothing X app, available from Google Play and the Apple App Store. Any personal data processed in connection with the Nothing X app is handled in accordance with the applicable Nothing Privacy Policy. On compatible Nothing OS devices, supported settings and customisations are integrated into Nothing OS. Users should keep Nothing OS and/or the Nothing X app updated to the latest available version to access supported features. Feature availability may vary by device, operating system, app version and region.
- Reliability testing is conducted by Nothing and/or its testing partners under specified laboratory conditions. Test results are for reference only and do not guarantee equivalent performance under all real-world conditions.
- The speaker has passed a 0.76 m drop test under specified laboratory conditions. This test does not guarantee resistance to damage from drops or impacts in actual use. Avoid dropping the speaker, particularly onto hard, uneven or sharp surfaces. If the speaker is cracked or damaged, stop using it if continued use could be unsafe and contact customer service for inspection. Any repair or replacement is subject to the applicable warranty, service terms and local law.
- IP68 dust and water resistance: the speaker was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and achieved an IP68 rating under the applicable test conditions, including immersion in fresh water at a depth of up to 1.5 m for up to 30 minutes. Dust and water resistance are not permanent conditions and may decrease over time as a result of normal wear, damage, disassembly or other factors. Do not intentionally immerse the speaker or expose it to conditions beyond the stated test parameters. If the speaker malfunctions following liquid or dust exposure, stop using it if continued use could be unsafe and contact customer service for inspection. Any repair or replacement is subject to the applicable warranty, service terms and local law.
- 40,000+ test cycles refers to the cumulative number of cycles across multiple laboratory durability tests and does not mean that a single product underwent 40,000 identical tests. Test items include the charging port (5,000 cycles) and controls (Bluetooth button: 10,000 cycles; Auracast button: 10,000 cycles; knob: 10,000 cycles; power button: 10,000 cycles). Laboratory test results do not guarantee the same durability in actual use.
- The front panel has undergone laboratory testing for stain resistance and durability, including exposure to artificial sweat, alcohol, sunscreen and UV under specified test conditions. Test results do not guarantee resistance to all stains, substances, environmental conditions or types of wear in actual use.
- The front panel is designed to be removable and reinstallable. After removal, ensure that it is correctly reinstalled, as improper installation may affect acoustic performance and other product functions. Follow Nothing's applicable instructions when removing or reinstalling the front panel. If assistance is needed, contact customer service.
- CMF Speaker M has undergone applicable restricted-substance testing, including testing relating to EU RoHS and REACH requirements, as well as skin irritation and sensitisation testing under specified conditions. Such testing does not guarantee that no user will experience irritation, sensitivity or an allergic reaction. Keep the product clean during use. If redness, itching, swelling or other discomfort occurs after contact with the product, stop using it and seek medical advice where appropriate. Individual reactions may be influenced by factors including perspiration, humidity, environmental conditions, prolonged contact and sensitivity to particular materials. The product contains nickel, acrylates and cyclosiloxanes. Users with known allergies or sensitivities to these or similar materials should avoid contact with the product and seek appropriate medical advice if uncertain.

Actual product features and specifications (including but not limited to appearance, colour, and size), as well as actual display contents (including but not limited to backgrounds, UI, and icons) may vary.
- Unless otherwise stated, performance data in the foregoing pages are based on Nothing laboratory testing under specified conditions. Laboratory data are provided for reference and do not constitute a guarantee of performance in actual use. Results may vary due to individual product variation, software versions, configuration, usage conditions, environmental factors and other variables. Actual user experience may differ.
- Product features, performance, compatibility, availability and specifications are based on laboratory testing and information available at the time of publication and may vary by device, software version, region, environmental conditions and individual use. Nothing does not warrant that stated performance will be achieved in all circumstances. Nothing may update product information where reasonably necessary to reflect actual products, regulatory requirements or technical changes.
